As everyone arrives, we take time to settle in, get comfortable, and start to slow things down. There’s space to unwind, take in the surroundings, and begin connecting naturally with those around you. Day TwoCold Water, Breath, Meditation & Movement
You’ll start the day with a 7am cold dip in the lake, waking the body and sharpening the mind. From there, breathwork and meditation help you settle, slow down, and reconnect with yourself, before heading out into nature for a hike. The combination creates a deep reset - physically, mentally, and emotionally - leaving you feeling clearer, more grounded, and fully present.

Day ThreeDeep Rest & Recovery
Day three is about slowing everything down and letting the work settle. Through breathwork and a guided sound bath, you’ll drop deeper into a state of rest and recovery, allowing both body and mind to fully unwind. With time to walk, meditate in a stone circle, relax, and simply be, this day helps everything integrate — leaving you feeling calm, restored, and more connected to yourself.

Day FourGrounded Finish
We start the day with a relaxed breakfast before packing up and heading down to the lake. The retreat closes with contrast therapy, cold water and the horsebox sauna, bringing everything together physically and mentally. It’s a strong, clear finish that leaves you feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready to step back into life with a different energy.
