What to Expect

You’ll step away from the noise of everyday life and give yourself space to slow down. Through time in nature, cold water, breathwork, and stillness, things begin to settle. You leave feeling clearer, more grounded, and back in control of yourself.

We use cold water and sauna to reset the body and calm the nervous system.
It helps you slow down, become present, and reconnect with how you feel.

Guided sessions to help you step out of your head and into your body.
You’ll learn how to settle your mind and create space where there’s usually noise.

Time outdoors to walk, think, and breathe properly again.

Real conversations when they’re needed, and silence when they’re not.
A relaxed environment where you can show up as you are, without expectation. Whilst fuelling clean.

Day One

Arrive & Meet

As everyone arrives, we take time to settle in, get comfortable, and start to slow things down. There’s space to unwind, take in the surroundings, and begin connecting naturally with those around you. No pressure, no expectations - just a gradual shift out of the outside world and into the experience. The journey starts here.

Day Two

Cold Water, Breath, Meditation & Movement

You’ll start the day with a 7am cold dip in the lake, waking the body and sharpening the mind. From there, breathwork and meditation help you settle, slow down, and reconnect with yourself, before heading out into nature for a hike. The combination creates a deep reset - physically, mentally, and emotionally - leaving you feeling clearer, more grounded, and fully present.

Day Three

Deep Rest & Recovery

Day three is about slowing everything down and letting the work settle. Through breathwork and a guided sound bath, you’ll drop deeper into a state of rest and recovery, allowing both body and mind to fully unwind. With time to walk, meditate in a stone circle, relax, and simply be, this day helps everything integrate — leaving you feeling calm, restored, and more connected to yourself.

Day Four

Grounded Finish

We start the day with a relaxed breakfast before packing up and heading down to the lake. The retreat closes with contrast therapy, cold water and the horsebox sauna, bringing everything together physically and mentally. It’s a strong, clear finish that leaves you feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready to step back into life with a different energy.
